About us: Tacofino began as a food truck in the back of a surf shop in beautiful Tofino, British Columbia. We balanced surfing with creating world-inspired food from the best possible ingredients and wrapping them in delicious fresh tortillas. We have since grown into four restaurants and three food trucks across the Lower Mainland and Victoria.

About the role:
- Delivery of prepared items to our locations in Hastings, Gastown, Yaletown, Mount Pleasant, Kits, and Coal Harbour
- Basic Food Preparation onsite at the production kitchen to include: cutting, portioning roasting, scaling recipes, putting away orders, and cleaning of kitchen tools and facility as required
- Playing a role in ensuring a respectful workplace environment by professional communication with all team members and customers
- Other duties as required
- Shifts: Thursday - Monday
Qualifications:
- Clean drivers abstract
- Bondable
- Previous experience in a similar capacity for over 1 year
- Basic food preparation ability and knife skills
- Food Safe level one an asset
- Able to produce recipes to specifications
- Problem-solving abilities
- Able to work well under pressure and within deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, according to the needs of the business
