T H WHITE Groundcare supplies market leading machinery brands to grounds care and arboricultural businesses. We are an official dealer for brands including Ransomes, Jacobsen, Wiedenmann, Iseki, Jensen, Ferris, Wessex International and more. We are specialists in the supply of groundcare and arboricultural machinery, and related equipment to Local Authorities, Golf Courses, Private Estates, Grounds Care Contractors and more.
T H WHITE Groundcare is recruiting for a Delivery Driver to join the team. Although based from our Knockdown depot, the role will also cover our depots in Stourport and Stockbridge.
Hours: Full time, Monday- Friday with occasional weekend work
Key duties will include:
- Collection and deliveries of groundcare machinery to depots and customers
- Recovery of equipment for service and repair
- Parts deliveries
- Washing machinery
- Completing and verifying paperwork for accuracy
The ideal applicant:
We are looking for an individual who:
- Is flexible and able to quickly change between task or changing situation
- Is organised
- Can work with things changing on a day-to-day basis
- Is a team player but also able to work alone
- Holds UK Driving Licence – if job holder passed practical car test (Cat B) after 1st January 1997, they must hold valid licence for following categories – BE,C1,C1E,D1 AND D1E). Those passed before 1st January 1997 will have automatically acquired these categories through “Acquired rights/Grandfather rights”
