About Sourced Craft Cocktails:
We are a Craft Cocktail Company that focuses on creating FUN and MEMORABLE experiences! Our drivers deliver premium, curated Craft Cocktails to your door. Whether it is a networking opportunity, a company happy hour, or a music festival, our Industry professionals hand deliver fresh ingredients and all necessary items to help you bring your event to the next level and truly make it a memory.
Our newest service helps out bartenders, service industry workers, and hospitality professionals that have been put out of work because of COVID-19 closures. We have launched a homemade bottled-cocktail delivery service – like Favor for cocktails – and staffing out-of-work industry workers to do the deliveries.
Who You Are:
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable vehicle required (No mopeds, scooters, or Ubers)
- Must have smart phone to download Routing App and Communications App
- Experience in delivery driving preferred but not necessary
What You'll Do:
- Meet your local Operations Manager to retrieve delivery packages from the kitchen.
- All packages for your shift will be prepared for pickup, but always be sure to double check the bags/boxes before leaving the kitchen.
- You will then drive and complete your assigned shift deliveries via our routing app.
- Dropping each package to the customer at it’s assigned address, while providing high-quality customer service for every delivery.
- Making sure to check ID’s to be sure you are handing off to someone 21+.
- The Staffing Manager will ask for availability every Friday for the upcoming week. The Staffing Director will then reach out on Monday with that week's delivery schedule.
- Approximate shift window of 11:00am - 3:00pm.
- Other than being a part of the most innovative company in the alcohol industry; your success will guarantee a GREAT social event!
- PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A PART TIME ROLE
Bonus:
- Complete 15 shifts for a $25 bonus!
- $25 referral bonus if you know anyone else who would be interested!

Compensation:
- $22/hr+ plus tips if applied by the customers
- Any shift that is less than two hours of work will be compensated for a minimum of two hours
- Sourced will also reimburse for ANY tolls acquired while on route
To be clear, driving with Sourced is not a full time job, it is a contractor position. Orders from customers can come up last minute, or in advance. Hours can range weekly anywhere from zero to 20+. Some shifts are scheduled a week in advance, and some shifts are scheduled the day of.
