OrderWork is a leading and trusted installation partner to some of the UK’s largest retailers and manufacturers, also supporting utility and insurance services providers, including Amazon, Currys, Yale, PC World, John Lewis and Samsung. We install smart home products across the UK such as TV/AV, home security (smart door locks, CCTV, Alarms and safes),IT, doorbells, cameras and Thermostats, Smart leak detectors as well as EV charging units, among lots of other installs.
We are looking for a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods from one location to another in a timely and safe manner. The Delivery Driver must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, as well as the ability to read maps and follow directions. The ideal candidate will also have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Load and unload items in a safe and efficient manner.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery status.
- Follow all safety procedures while driving.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups.
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance as required.
