The Courier Support Adviser responds directly by email to Couriers, Delivery Team, and Depots with a resolution within productivity and handling time targets. As the central point of contact for couriers and the Delivery network, the Courier Support Adviser has a commitment to delivering fantastic responses to ensure satisfaction with an ability to make timely and accurate decisions.
Please note: This is a part time role on a 6 month contract.
You will be accountable for:
- Provide support by email to Couriers to resolve general queries, using courier communications, process and guidelines set by the business.
- Resolving pay related queries using our internal systems and MI data to ensure accurate and timely pay to couriers
- Actioning general SE+ and holiday pay queries, using internal systems and MI Data
- Assist with courier queries on the forum by identifying issues, escalating, resolving and providing timely updates.
- Reviewing of ESP, using internal systems to ensure correct processing of failures in line with the set criteria
- Supporting any third-party supplier queries relating to couriers by confirming data held in the internal systems
- Inputting of VAT certification details to the core systems and calculating backdated VAT
- Creation of a new round or split. Ensuring all parameters are correctly loaded to the core system to ensure courier round makeup and services are aligned.
To be successful in this role you will require the following…
- Some administration experience
- Must be available to work some holidays and weekends
- Own your own training and development plan so that your knowledge is always up to date
- Able to adapt communication style depending on a variety of situations including complaints, feedback and enquiry management
- Excellent verbal communication with all levels of management
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
