McKeevers Chemists are expanding our team of Delivery drivers in Armagh and are recruiting for the following:
Part-Time Delivery Driver – (Saturdays)
Duties will include:
- Packing, loading and unloading the delivery van.
- Delivering orders to branches and nursing homes.
- Adhering to a set delivery schedule from our warehouse to Castledawson, Belfast, Kircubbin, Ballywalter, Millisle, Moy and Armagh.
- Review deliveries with managers to ensure they are accurate.
- Ensuring the van is clean and tidy.
- Working to tight time frames and assisting in the pharmacy with other duties as and when required and as directed by the Pharmacist.
Essential Criteria:
- Have good geographical knowledge of Armagh, Moy, Belfast, the Ards Peninsula (Ballywalter, Kircubbin and Millisle) and Castledawson areas.
- Hold a full clean and valid driving licence.
- Fully flexible on Saturdays with start and finish times in accordance with the needs of the business.
- Able to work overtime to cover absences and holidays.
- Be polite and conscientious.
- Customer service experience.
- Be physically fit to lift and manoeuvre heavy / bulky items.

Experience of driving a van and making deliveries is preferred but not essential.
