Job description
Guildford Tyre Company Ltd has been established since 1969 and is a family owned business, operating from 6 sites across the South.
We are currently looking for a delivery driver to join our team. The successful applicant must be prepared to work in a busy environment, be a team player and possess good communication skills.
Main duties:
· Delivering goods to our branches and trade customers on time and in an efficient
manner. Deliveries are within a 25 mile radius of Guildford.
· To assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
· Ensure the company van is kept clean and tidy and carry out a weekly check.
· To assist with general warehouse duties when not driving.
All candidates must hold a full UK Driving Licence.
We are offering a salary, company pension and 21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
Hours = 47.5 per week – 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with additional hours on a Saturday on a rota basis.
