GTA Sign Depot is an ethical and professional wholesale sign supply manufacturer and distributor since 1999. We focus on distributing quality products and providing excellent service to the sign industry.

Our offering of sign supplies includes acrylic, aluminum, aluminum composite, corrugated plastic, and PVC Sheets, and will include blanks, traffic signs, sign vinyl, application tape, banner material and supplies, sign frames, banner stands, LEDs and electrical accessories, inks, and more.

Job Requirements:

• Promote safe Driving practices.
• Excellent customer experience.
• Efficiently load and unload packages.
• Communicate effectively with customer and the warehouse on day to day operations.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Deliver product to scheduled customers.
• Perform the delivery function with excellent customer service skills.
• Drive Company equipment in a safe and defensive manner.
• Comply with all safety rules and procedures.
• Must maintain excellent punctuality and attendance record.
• Follow the direction of the Warehouse Manager.
• Inventory check and upkeep
• Driving delivery van from the warehouses to various locations within the GTA
• Loading/unloading materials at the warehouses and client locations
• Collecting and keeping organized paperwork
• Helping in the warehouse when not delivering

Qualifications and Skills

• Must possess a valid G Class Ontario driver’s license in good standing.
• Must have clean Driver’s Abstract and criminal record search.
• Must be able to perform physical work (lifting in excess of 50lbs).
• Must be able to perform bending, twisting, kneeling and squatting.
• Must be able to work throughout Toronto area of service.
• Strong geographic knowledge of the Greater Toronto Area
• Numeracy written/verbal communication skills
• Selling and negotiating skills and strong customer focus skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and meet those needs with successful product sale
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers in a professional manner
• Able to multi-task while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Must possess a High school diploma or educational equivalent
• Must be fluent in English and possess a POSITIVE ATTITUDE
• Previous delivery experience is a must
• Previous material supplies experience an asset
• Ability to work independently and willingness to learn

Experience:

• Delivery: 2 years (Required)
• License: G Class Driver's License (Required)

Language:

• English (Required)
• Mandarin (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Experience:

• delivery driver: 2 years (preferred)
• driving: 2 years (required)
