DELIVERY DRIVER
Eatertainment is a full-service event and catering ‘agency’ providing turn-key event concept, planning, production and execution services to leading corporate and social clients. Currently Eatertainment hosts over 800 events per year in Canada and has hosted events for clients the likes of Red Bull, Chanel, Porsche, Paramount and others in locations around the globe including Toronto, New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Pebble Beach, Istanbul, St Tropez, Budapest, Abu Dhabi and Capetown.

As we continue to grow in this exciting and fast paced environment, Eatertainment is looking for Delivery Drivers who can assist in the behind-the-scenes logistics that make every event a seamless success and enjoy seeing smiles on peoples’ faces as they arrive with our delicious offerings! We are looking for professional and friendly people who want to be part of a rewarding event experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· organizing, packing and loading orders for delivery
· delivery of orders using fleet vehicles
· post event pickups using fleet vehicles
· event set up and tear down as required
· clean up and organization of shipping area
SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
· good communication skills and strong customer service
· ability to multi-task, work under pressure and accomplish tasks
· hard working, time sensitive and reliable
· must be organized
· knowledge of food and beverage
· knowledge of the GTA preferred
· ability to work in a team environment
REQUIREMENTS
· have a valid G license and provide a clean driver’s abstract
· catering and event experience considered an asset
· flexibility to work in the mornings, evenings, and weekends for event
· ability to lift up to 50lbs
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week
Salary: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON M4M 2M3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- delivery driving: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Catering Delivery: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
- Drivers Abstract (required)
