Yodel, one of the leading parcel delivery companies in London, is seeking enthusiastic and reliable E cargo bike multi-drop delivery drivers to join our team. As an E cargo bike delivery driver, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and timely delivery of parcels to residential and business locations within designated areas. Responsibilities:

• Safely operate an E cargo bike to deliver parcels within assigned routes and schedules
• Load and unload parcels from the cargo bike in a secure and organized manner
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for efficient time management and meeting delivery targets
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive delivery experience for recipients
• Collect appropriate signatures and complete necessary documentation for proof of delivery
• Report any delivery issues, vehicle maintenance needs, or incidents promptly to the supervisor
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the E cargo bike and equipment

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license (appropriate for operating an E cargo bike)
• Strong cycling skills and ability to navigate various terrains
• Ability to handle and transport parcels weighing up to [specific weight]
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet delivery targets
• Basic knowledge of local geography and map reading skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in parcel delivery or courier services
• Familiarity with E cargo bikes or electric bicycles
• Good physical fitness and ability to handle physical demands of the job
• Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing delivery requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £11.00-£20.00 per hour
