Job description
Deerhaven is a progressive full service John Deere, Polaris and Princecraft dealership located in Belleville. Consisting of Sales, Service and Parts departments, we service a broad range of Agricultural, Consumer and Commercial customers.
We have an opening for a Full Time Delivery Person
Operate vehicles to transport equipment for the dealership.
Responsibilities
● Transport equipment to and from customers with a Deerhaven supplied vehicle
● Support the sales department with equipment delivery as needed
● Maintain activity records and obtain necessary signatures and receipts
● Accountable for all time and distance traveled in performing assigned duties
● May instruct customers on basic equipment operating procedures as required
● Maintain a clean work area and perform work in a neat and orderly fashion
● Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
Requirements
● 1+ year of experience
● Must be able to back up a truck and trailer
● Experience working cooperatively in a team environment
● Experience communicating effectively verbally and in writing
● High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
● Valid G driver’s license required
● Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
