The hours of work for this role is 40 per week between Monday – Friday/Mon—Sunday.

Development wise, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Delivery Driver to work within a team that thrives on being motivated. This could be an amazing opportunity for the right person looking to work with our local pharmacy teams and conscientiously deliver prescription items to private houses, nursing and residential homes.

We are looking for experienced people like you to join us and continue our journey in making positive changes to the community and the patients we help. GPhC accredited Delivery Driver Course is advantageous but not essential.

Reporting directly to the Pharmacist Manager, your support is vital to the team in the provision of advanced and enhanced services.

  • To collect prescriptions from the Pharmacy and deliver to patients as detailed in the standard operating procedure.
  • To ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed to ensure an audit trail is available
  • You may be asked to pick up Prescriptions from other Pharmacies in the area
  • To work to high standards of customer service
  • To presenting a professional image of the Company by acting as an ambassador.
  • To ensure all company procedures and protocols are followed.
  • To respect the confidentiality of information concerning customers and adhere to
  • The Data Protection Act.
