Key Responsibilities: Work on a TEAM to provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns
Work as a TEAM to help other Driver Associates complete routes as needed
Adhere to company operating policies and procedures
Drive a Company Cargo Van to customer locations
Deliver packages in a safe and punctual manner considering traffic patterns, alternative routes, traffic regulations, and driving conditions to meet customer requirements
Enter and exit a vehicle safely over 200 times throughout the day Lift, pull and push products up to 50 pounds frequently
Spend 90% of your shift driving/delivering and 10% of your shift in the warehouse
Carry items up flights of stairs frequently
Maintain a clean and safe work environment inside the van Perform vehicle inspection such as checking fluid level and tire pressure, notifying managers about any major repairs and maintenance needs
Follow local and state driving laws and road regulations
Operate a scanner to record shipping and package information for all documents/packages delivered'
