We’re looking for multiple individuals who are passionate about training facilitation. Our goal is to provide effective and comprehensive functional and technical training to our global Employee Experience teams, so they can provide the very best care and support to our Client colleagues worldwide.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about Human Resources and specializes in topics related to employment such as benefits, compensation, personal data, HR systems and web tools while keeping privacy in mind.
Facilitates live and virtual classes to create the most effective and efficient experience for functional knowledge, systems, tools and resources.
Delivers functional knowledge training for programs and services such as Time Away, Employee Data Administration, Health Benefits, Employee Services, and Financial Benefits, and more.
Delivers technical training for systems, tools and resources such as Workday, ServiceNow, IVR, Chorus and Box.
Evaluates training progress for each trainee and makes recommendations when adjustments are needed to accommodate different learning styles or supplemental training needs.
Ensures data is properly staged and prepared for hands-on assimilation training.
Maintains training schedule to ensure trainees complete training within the expected timeframe. Sends training schedule out in advance including iCals and any schedule requirements. Keeps the business informed on cohort start dates and progress.
Provides updates, feedback, and creative solutions for improving team resources, knowledge articles and business processes. Proactively brings recommendations and
solutions to leadership. Effectively capture outstanding questions and partner with SMEs to ensure content is accurate and up to date.
Exercises discretion and judgment to determine an appropriate course of action for training and resource-related activities.
Key Qualifications:
Fluent in English
You ideally have experience with Workday and ServiceNow knowledge or have experience with other enterprise HR systems (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday, etc)
You must be working on-site in either our Austin, Cork, or Singapore campuses
Strong people skills - approachable, flexible and thoughtful
Maintains a positive, empathetic and professional approach in interactions with People Functional teams who reach out for support with a sense of urgency
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to make proper judgments in handling complexity & ambiguity. Ability to deliver clear & concise guidance to the audience
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work to execute and meet the needs of the business
Ability to establish and foster trust with global partners
Thinks clearly and strategically to anticipate the needs of the business, prepare training plans and resources, and elevate the employee experience
Strong attention to detail and follow through
Collaborative and develops strong partnerships across teams
Education And Experience:
BA/BS or equivalent experience in Human Resources preferred
Minimum of 2 year's experience in training and/or instructional design
Works on problems of moderately diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
Exercises discretion and judgment to determine an appropriate course of action
Builds productive working relationships internally and externally
