BOX TRUCK/CARGO VANS
Order Details – The Courier shall transport and deliver product from Lowe's to direct customers. These deliveries will be performed with box trucks cargo vans or sprinter vans pickup trucks and mini vans occasionally large vehicles.
- Note: Orders will be dispatched the morning of the same day deliveries are to be made, and may have specific delivery windows to adhere to.
- Courier must enter pick-up START TIME, delivery END TIME and must receive PROOF-OF-DELIVERY in the form of a signature, picture, and typed receiver’s name in the notes field of the Courier’s or OneRail Driver 2.0 app.
ORDER FLOW – Orders are batched and routed. Orders are staged at the facility in a trailer with individual compartments.
Time of Delivery – 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday - Friday

Loading and Unloading – The Courier is responsible for the loading and unloading of one’s vehicle at pickup and delivery point. Courier is responsible for obtaining all relevant proof of delivery including but not limited to electronic image via pictures, signature, or other means of verification.
IMPORTANT: A signature is required on the Invoice. This is critical for Pepsi accounting purposes. Photo of the Invoice (with signature) is required as Proof of Delivery (POD in ORD app) A signature is required through the app. If customer is not comfortable providing this, driver should enter customer full name into the app. Once POD is transmitted please store the pick slip for for record keeping. Photo of physical order on delivery is also required as Proof of Delivery
- Courier will sort and load product into their vehicles based on stop number, size of stop delivery, and type of product.
- At time of loading all product unaccounted for must be noted on staging report as missing or damaged. Unaccounted for items must be communicated to onsite management before departure.
- Courier must supply their own delivery equipment such as straps, hand trucks, gloves, etc.
- Courier must deliver curbside deliveries to designated area deemed appropriate by customer.
- All ETA communication should flow through the Dispatcher.
- If Courier cannot find the correct personnel on site to take delivery, then driver must contact the dispatch team before leaving the customer property.
- Any product that has been damaged in route must be reported to the Dispatch team immediately.
- Deliveries that are refused must be reported to dispatch before leaving the customer property.
- Any issue throughout the course of these routed deliveries should be reported to the dispatcher
- Dispatcher can be contacted on the app thru the support section.
Personnel on Premises – Courier will observe and comply with all posted security procedures, rules, regulations, policies, working hours and schedules and all other instructions concerning business operations, including building security, information security, safety, and fire protection procedures; use their best efforts to minimize any disruption to business operations and locations; and refrain from causing damage to such facilities nor use for unlawful purpose or act.
