Your Role and Responsibilities

• Developing, building, and delivering technical solutions to customers based on IBM Data & AI technologies with a focus on IBM OpenPages (Governance, Regulatory & Compliance)
• Provide deep level technical understanding of IBM OpenPages solutions in customer environments
• Being seen as a subject matter expert in OpenPages to customers and colleagues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in OpenPages and Data & AI technologies. (e.g Watsonx.gov)
• The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator capable of understanding technical aspects and translating this for our customers.
• Be aware and willing to coach both internal and external stakeholders around key developments in IBM Openpages and Data & AI.
• Supporting client advocacy practices within Expert Labs (such as client success stories, references and NPS)
• Making all your customers successful whilst achieving key metrics for yourself and Expert Labs
• enquired Qualifications.
• Understanding of risk management & compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery, including software developers, business analysts, and project managers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in risk management, compliance regulations, and OpenPages features.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Demonstrated experience in defining architectures, configuring software, and implementing solutions for customers using OpenPages software and associated applications
• Demonstrated experience in software development in implementing packaged applications
• Demonstrated experience in developing Web Applications using CSS, DOJO, Javascript, HTML, JSP
• Experience in medium-sized project management and technical leadership
• Experience in Oracle database, DB2, Application Server technology & Infrastructures
Track record of successful project delivery to customers

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Strong understanding of risk management and compliance principles
• Some knowledge of Cloud architecture such as Containers, Kubernetes, and Devops Methodology.
• Proven ability to translate business and technical requirements into solution architecture design, documentation, and best practices
