We at FCI London are looking for a Bespoke Furniture Delivery and Installation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and installing our high-quality furniture to customers' homes across the UK. You will need to be fit and strong, have a good driving record, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
A typical day sees the installation teams leaving Wembley between 8.00am and 8:30am and returning around 17:00pm.
The installation team works Monday to Friday, the working hours are varied depending on distance travelled. Occasionally an overnight stay will be required for which we cover the cost of your accommodation, your evening meal and breakfast and pay an additional allowance.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of experience in furniture delivery and installation
- A valid UK driving licence with some experience of driving Luton type vans
- Decent grasp of UK Geography
- Excellent customer service skills
- A practical mind with an aptitude for assembly and problem solving is essential
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A strong attention to detail
- Be Based close to Wembley NW London and enjoy an early start to your day.
We offer:
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per year
- Overnight allowance (currently £50 per trip)
