Hours: Full time (37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri)

Fibre Services – Delivery Coordinator HSEQ
What will you be doing?
To provide administrative support for a field-based Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Team. To facilitate workload distribution and governance to service level agreements and conformity to our Client duties under CDM 2015.
Daily co-ordination and allocation of Health & Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) activities via digital platforms. All activities allocated daily.- Log and progress remedial actions following non compliances from HSEQ Audits ensuring all issues are resolved with our build partners.
- Work with our offshore partners to ensure accurate and timely whereabouts from our build partners ensuring compliance with our SLA’s.
- Timely entry of health and Safety incidents to the Vodafone register for investigation by the Vodafone Health and Safety team and escalation of serious incidents to the HSEQ manager. All entries made within 24 hrs of receipt.
- Various Admin duties – includes but not limited to:
Requests for site keys and building passes. Creating and managing BYBOX accounts. Record and maintain training matrix for HSEQ Specialists.
Arrange calibration of HSEQ team safety equipment.
Who are we looking for?
- IT literate – Office 365
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn new Skills
- 2yrs experience of working in a Street works role, ideally Telecom’s sector.
- BTEC/ A level of equivalent – pass
- IOSH or similar (desirable)
- NRSWA Accreditation (desirable)
