Job description

To look after all the logistical aspects of a customer's order from the completion of the sales order through to its delivery. Answering all internal enquires that arise during this process, working with other departments within Loaf and our delivery partners to ensure we deliver the best service possible. This is a non-customer facing role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Helping ensure that Loaf always provides the best delivery service possible.
  • Making sure that service levels and all queries are met and resolved in a timely manner
  • Ensuring that product knowledge is up to date to assist our delivery partner's drivers on the phone.
  • Ensuring all customer orders are sent to our delivery partners, booked in for delivery and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with Loaf's delivery partner and warehouses on all outbound deliveries.
  • Liaise with the warehouse team on any stock issues and delivery failures and returns.
  • Assisting with Loaf's customer order book alongside the purchasing team to keep the Customer Experience Team updated and informed in a timely manner of any product delays.
  • Independent problem solving on any logistical conundrums.
  • Assisting the Customer Experience Team with any customer complaints within the delivery process.
  • Booking and overseeing external couriers, ensuring efficiency, professionalism and remaining within budget.
  • Liaising with other departments within Loaf.

  • Nav Dynamics knowledge and experience useful, although training will be given
