Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Project Coordinator - Internship

Based in London

9 month Internship

What
You’ll Do for Us

We’re offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our DEI agenda in Europe and being involved in different exciting projects. In particular, this includes:


  • Assist Europe DEI lead in coordination and organization of broader project plans to help keep projects on track, on budget, meet deadlines, keep team members informed, and conducting basic research

  • Provide support in the execution of project activities e.g. inclusive recruitment practices, employer branding, planning and executing different DEI events

  • Support execution of disability inclusion strategy

  • Lead set up of new Teams channel approach and optimize sharing of information between different stakeholders

  • Desk research on external best practices for DEI across various topics

  • Support in analysing insights from internal Inclusion surveys

  • Support participation in various external audits

  • Working closely with the Europe DEI lead on various ad hoc projects and tasks


There is an opportunity to lead 1-2 more HR projects based on your interest and need at the time of your internship.

  • Comfortable with digital tools and learning new ways of working.

  • You'll be proactive, results driven and comfortable to put solutions on the table

  • Relationship building skills and working with cross functional Teams across the organization

  • Recent Graduate or Post-Graduates or students in the final year of study with a keen interest in DEI and HR
