LanciaConsult is a Management and Technology Consultancy that will be offering Technology Consulting Degree Apprenticeships in Bristol starting in September 2023.

What does the LanciaConsult Degree Apprenticeship involve?
We want to bring ambitious people into our business and recognise that traditional University is not the path for everyone. We are looking for hard-working and passionate people to join LanciaConsult and inject energy into our business. You will join our team in our Bristol office and work on projects, supported by our team, tackling our clients’ biggest challenges.
Your apprenticeship will involve studying 20% of your working week, working towards your degree in Technology Consulting.
We are looking for someone who has recently left or is about to leave college/sixth form, who would like to kick-start a career in consulting. Our ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, teamwork, organisational and communication skills. This opportunity would suit someone who feels they would enjoy this and is willing to work hard and learn on the job.
Our entry requirement is 120 UCAS points (these may be either predicated or actual grades).

Job Description
As an Apprentice Consultant you will be working as part of a team on a client project. Your role will vary but will involve working closely with both Lancia and client team members to solve complex problems and help to create innovative solutions.
The work that you do will be varied and you will get different roles; helping a client to streamline internal processes; supporting the project management team on a technology implementation to keep the project on track; developing training materials and supporting training sessions to help a client embed new technologies or processes.
Regardless of the role you will challenged and stretched daily, working in businesses and sectors that are new to you and with clients that are unfamiliar. You will be expected to build good working relationships and we will equip you with the skills and capabilities to tackle these opportunities head on, providing you with a supportive and enjoyable team environment to help you make the most of every opportunity. You will receive 20% of your working time to focus on your studies.
