Debit Administrator
6 Month Fixed Term Contract
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
£11.00 PH
Bernard Matthews Derby is seeking a Debit Administrator to join our team.
Key responsibilities:
- Process Shipments to customer ensuring all system shipments match physical shipments
- Collate all POD / EPOD paperwork to backup any further claims / disputes
- Investigate any POD differences and challenge back to Customer or 3PL
- Verify shipments to Company shop / Amber
- Challenge Rejections from Customer for short life / quantity disputes
The person:
- Assertive, keen eye for detail, be able to multi-task and prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication and written English skills
- Able to manage own workload and use own initiative
- The ability to build a strong sense of team ownership and maintain a high level of morale within the work force
- Energy, enthusiasm, positive, commitment and a can-do flexible attitude
- Embraces change and willing to challenge the status- quo
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
