What does this role involve?
You will process errors which occur within Utilita’s Data Collection / Data Aggregations (DC/DA) portfolio. You will ensure that the data sent to the third parties is accurately reported.
Day to day, you will;
- Investigate, analyse, and resolve data quality issues within the DC/DA portfolio which have a detrimental impact upon the supplier’s energy reconciliation.
- Learning to be compliant within the electricity energy industry.
- Adhering to contractual and industry driven deadlines.
- Following company policies and departmental SLA’s
- Conforming to the Data Protection Act 2018 and upholding GDPR principles.
- Liaise with other energy suppliers and collect data to resolve queries and settlement related errors.
- Preparing and analysing operational and industry reports.
- Support and provide knowledge to the Electricity Settlements department on all processes executed by them.
Who are we looking for?
You will have clear and concise communication skills which will enable you to effectively liaise with other energy suppliers.
You will have a keen eye for detail, to ensure that data and reports are accurate.
