Job type: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent *Registered Nurses (RNLD/RMN/RGN)* We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and self-motivated registered nurses to work within our new Care Home in Stafford. UK Applicants Only. Essential - Experience with Learning Disabilities and Autism *The Service itself* The aim of Falcon House is to support people in increasing their independence within their daily life whilst becoming active members of their local community, with the aim for people to be able to gain and maintain the skills and confidence to move to less supported environments and reduce the risk of breakdown in support or hospital admission. The successful candidate will be part of a multi-professional team whose role will be to support each individual to recovery and enable them to lead a valued and meaningful life promoting their choices, aspirations and independence. The Service consists of a 6 bedded purpose-built Nurse Led Care Home. *Essential Skills* · Registered Nurse · Caring and supportive manner · Honesty and integrity · 43 hours per week Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Work Remotely * No Schedule: * 12.25 -hour shift, including on-call expectations. Benefits include paid handovers and breaks, discounted/ free food on shift. Enhanced overtime rate and support with CPD.
