This has to be the most fun job to have. Hanging with kids, keeping them safe and entertained! For those of us that love kids, this part time or full time roll is perfect! Kid’s Associates are primarily responsible for the safety, health and fun of the children while in our care. We are located inside of a fitness gym, and our services provide care to the gym member's children while they workout.
Responsibilities
- Supervision of all children in care.
- Sign-in and sign-out procedures.
- Initiating introductions.
- Cleaning and maintaining he physical space of the kids area.
- Maintaining relationships with parents and kids.
- Communication with parents.
- Show up for shift on time.
Qualifications
- First aid and CPR certified
- Age 21 or older
- Ability to play with and to engage children.
- Social skills.
- Communication.
Hours/Shifts
There are two available shifts being offered for this position 8am-12pm and 5pm-9pm. All candidates are required to work 1 Saturday a month from 8am-12pm.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
COVID-19 considerations:
All common areas and room materials are cleaned and sanitized regularly. Children and staff must wash hands when they enter the play room.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- childcare/babysitting: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CPR & First Aid certification (Preferred)
