Blossoms Care Home is a Residential Service for older individuals and individuals with a physical disability, a learning disability and/or dementia offering extensive amount of opportunities of support and accommodation with personal care (if support is required). The service can accommodate up to 22 people.
Blossoms Care Home offers a safe, friendly, warm and homely service for people no matter where they choose to live. Our ethos is to empower people with independence, choice, rights and inclusion, with the aim to enable individuals to eventually move into less supported dwellings.

Aims and Objectives:
· Blossoms Care Home Ltd aims to provide professional care and support for older individuals and individials with a physical disability, learning disability and/or dementia.
· We respect each person’s values and needs, culture, race and marital status while promoting their dignity, independence and autonomy. We acknowledge service users' human rights with respect to privacy, age, gender, sexual orientation, diversity, and ethnicity in order to provide a resourceful service with a non-discriminatory approach.

· We encourage strong links with the local community as well as developing a varied programs of activities, utilizing all resources available to help service users lead fulfilled lives.
· We endeavour to provide a positive environment based on continuous development and satisfaction for all through effective quality monitoring.
· We operate a robust system of staff planning, skill matching, recruitment, training, supervision and personal development, to equip our team with all relevant skills to meet service users'needs.
· We will undertake environmental Health & Safety and Fire Safety risk assessments relating to hazards within the establishment, ensuring that any potential problems are identified and wherever possible risks are either eliminated or managed/minimised.
· We ensure that all service users are presented with information in forms thay can understand in compliance with the AIS standards, such as writing, pictures, braille and other media e.g. for the purpose of communicating forthcoming events and facilitating making complaints, comments and delivering compliments.
· We work in accordance with Health and Social Act 2008 (Regulated Activites) Regulations 2014, the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and other applicable legislation to ensure high standards of safety and care.

Blossoms Care Home Ltd are expanding and are looking for night and day support workers to join our team our nights are 19:15-07:30am and day shifts 07:15am-19:30 - both positions includes weekend work
