The client is backed by some exceptional venture capital investment, allowing them to advance to the next step of development and are looking to hire a Data Scientist who specialises in Warehouse Development.
You will be responsible for:
- Designing the clients first data warehouse platform.
- Pipeline setup and data input from various sources.
- Supporting with automation of backend processes alongside the Bioinformatics and Data Science units.
- Collaborating with scientists who produce and analyse raw materials, streamlining and optimising the cohesive partnership with the systems you create.
- Actively supporting a culture of continuous learning and high-quality delivery.
You will bring the following:
- Data warehouse development experience including work with SQL and with developing ETL pipelines.
- Proficiency with Python development.
- Desirable - experience with DNA/RNA data and/or microbiome science.
- Desirable - experience using cloud services and/or frontend development (R Shiny or React).
