Full Time London, England 35000 GBP ANNUAL Today
Job description

Join us on our journey to empower over a million people to change their behaviours and thrive!

At Thrive Tribe we deliver award-winning healthy lifestyle and wellbeing programmes that make people happier and healthier! We’re looking for a Data Visualisation Analyst to join our Digital Team.

Like all roles at Thrive Tribe, you can expect your time at work to be fun, varied and challenging. We don’t like to stick to a firm JD as we know from experience that things change throughout the lifetime of a role and it gives our people the chance to play to their strengths.

A typical day as a Data Visualisation Analyst might include :

  • Data visualisation and reporting: Designing, developing, maintaining, and improving interactive, intuitive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using Power BI and other technologies.
  • Data analysis: Performing data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
  • Data integrity and optimisation: Developing test strategies to confirm data integrity. Troubleshooting and resolving data integrity and performance issues to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration and requirements gathering: Working closely with data analysts and stakeholders from other teams to deliver data requirements.
  • Documentation: Maintaining documentation for data models, report development and data flow processes.
  • Can-do attitude: Be willing to get stuck in and support ad-hoc data requests and analysis to meet deadlines.
  • Working with colleagues across all of our Thrive Tribe services to contribute to new projects and service developments – we’re always looking to share knowledge and resources!
  • Ensuring due consideration is given to Information Governance and Clinical Governance legislation, requirements and guidance.
  • Helping us maintain the ethos of Thrive Tribe by driving our organisational culture forward across our services and using every opportunity to embed our values!

About you...

More than anything, we are looking for a team player who puts their heart in to their work. We’ve got some core values that run through everything we do, and we’d love it if they resonate with you too!

Be the change

You like helping people. You’ll be working with those who need help the most, empowering them to make positive changes to thrive.

Be effective

You’re patient and can adapt under pressure. Always happy to make time for other people. And have a great attitude.

Be happy

You recognise the power of a smile. You value a fun, supportive workplace and want to come to work raring to go (check out our rating on Glassdoor).

Be successful

You are motivated and driven. Happy working solo or as part of a team, you love meeting targets. And will be given opportunities to contribute and develop your career.

Be big-hearted

You want to make a difference. Working with a like-minded team of optimistic people, we want the same thing to do meaningful work and change lives.

We're looking for someone who has a passion for data and insights. You will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights by developing and maintaining our business intelligence solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to design and implement accurate, intuitive, and visually appealing dashboards and reports using Power BI and other technologies. Your contributions will empower decision-makers across the organisation with data-driven insights.

To work with us in this role you will need to be flexible and have some knowledge of what we offer (or be able obtain it quickly). You do not need to know all the below, but experience with most is desired:

  • Proven experience as a Data Visualisation Analyst / BI Developer
  • An ability to turn data into a report or dashboard at a fast pace ready to take on stakeholder feedback to improve functionality and usability
  • Experience with data modelling
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Familiarity with MS Azure

However, we hire based on attitude over traditional skills and experience so if you feel you are right for the job we would love to hear from you!

Perks...

Every person makes Thrive Tribe the incredible place it is to work and play together, we’re unstoppable. Within our buzzing environment our talented people work hard but we ensure lots of fun is thrown in too! We offer you;

  • Flexible working model
  • Regular events and team days, including ThriveFest!
  • Employee Health and Wellbeing Programmes including access to life coaching
  • Rewards portal offering discounts on shops, restaurants and days out
  • Pension and Life Insurance Schemes
  • A day on us to live by our values!
