Morrison Water Services are currently looking to recruit a Data Validator to work on our Thames Water Metering contract in Langley, Berkshire.

As a Data Validator you will conduct quality validation activities to ensure data submitted from the field teams meet Thames Water regulatory requirements. The Data Validator will be responsible to complete and validate jobs on a daily basis on all work streams and ensure that all jobs are completed within SLA’s. This role involves a significant amount of data review on TWM OptiMUS.

All work needs to be completed compliantly and within SLA to avoid financial fines.

Morrison Water Services play a key role in the AMP6 Metering contract. The main purpose of the contract is to deliver the metering programme for Thames Water, engaging customers in the process, and installing and replacing water meters.

This is a remote role.

As a Data Validator you will be responsible for reviewing and validating jobs (surveys/installs) completed by the field teams. You will be validating photographic evidence available on the job. You will need to ensure that data sent back to Thames Water is correct. You will be liaising directly with the relevant supervisor to manage any unresolved discrepancies. You will also be escalating any field quality concerns.

You will be responsible for working with the Data Validation Manager, Team Leader and wider audience to raise the profile of Morrison Water Services. You will ensure any service failure which could result in a written complaint being received is escalated to the Data Validation Manager/Supervisor for action. You will provide support and information from the Escalation Team for customer complaints and investigate when necessary. You will take ownership of any issues with closing jobs right through to resolution.
