Position Title: Marketing Data Specialist
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Director of Business Development
Position Brief:
We are searching for a high-energy, self-motivated data analyst to join Cubex. This individual will be a high-impact addition to the Marketing division. This individual will work collaboratively with Cubex Leadership, Division Managers, and individual systems users to drive strategic, operational, and organizational improvements across the company.
As a marketing data specialist, you thrive on driving change and adding significant value to an organization by uncovering insights hidden from others. You fully immerse yourself in problem-solving, draw insights from analysis, and develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. You persuasively communicate your recommendations to senior-level executives, roll-up your sleeves to help drive implementation, and check back in to see the impact of your recommendations. The Marketing Operations division is at the forefront of Cubex’s fast-moving strategic priorities, tackling operational challenges and enabling innovation.
This individual will help to execute key marketing initiatives, from building out customer communication strategies to working cross-functionally to design new processes for efficiency improvements. This individual will manage technical improvements across our marketing operations tools while providing thought leadership and actively contributing to multiple business-enabling projects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for designing processes to develop the best customer database and testing the processes for effectiveness.
- Meet with departmental and division leaders to determine business, functional, and technical requirements, and participate in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of marketing workflows, and processes.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively to complete time-sensitive projects with a high degree of accuracy.
- Responsible for scoping and implementing customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions across marketing tools.
- Seek out opportunities to leverage new resources to support key company initiatives.
- Possess exceptional attention to detail and meticulous approach to task management, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and addressed.
- Design marketing messages based on insights discovered from analytical rigor and tailor those messages to key customer segments to drive engagement, awareness, and decision-making.

Qualifications
- Experience with workflows, formulas, processes, and flows
- Solid understanding of data structures, data modeling, and database schemas
- Competitive nature enables them to be a self-starter while working well within a team atmosphere.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems.
- Eager to expand their knowledge, embrace new experiences, and demonstrate an open mindset by asking questions without hesitation.
- We're seeking someone who excels in data analysis, displaying strong attention to detail in identifying and correcting discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Team player who is also able to work independently with little supervision.

- Demonstrable experience in data analytics, together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Excellent leadership and administrative skills
- Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-departmental managers to ensure alignment with sales and marketing processes
Skills and Attributes (Continued):
- Customer-oriented approach with market aptitude
- Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM experience desired but not required
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with Excel and data management tools
Hours of Operation/Travel:
- Regular working hours appropriate for full-time employment
- Occasional travel for meetings

Education/Licenses/Certifications/Position Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in the required field is required
- A minimum of 5 years of commercial experience (sales, marketing, or operations) is required.
- Experience in Veterinary or Dental Health is strongly preferred but not required.

Compensation
- $60k - $70k DOE
