Job description
It's no secret that we're an ambitious firm and our vision and our culture truly reflects that. At the heart of this is an outstanding client experience, something that Womble Bond Dickinson prides itself on, and it's something that we've become so well known for. WBD Advance is an essential part of our business made up of over 70 paralegals and legal executives, project managers, data analysts and client support specialists. They use flexible resourcing and time-saving technology to deliver a high-quality, cost-effective service for a range of large scale projects.
WBD Advance's dedicated Client Support Services team are now on the lookout for a Data Services Administrator to join them in Plymouth.
What will you be doing?
The Client Support Services team has responsibility for administrative support and the production of regular and on-demand reports within WBD Advance, acting as the first point of contact for all such queries. The team works with internal and external clients to satisfy all of their MI and reporting requirements.
You and the team will be responsible for providing bespoke reporting, using the latest in legal technologies and platforms. You will be required to work on your own reporting portfolio, where you will be responsible for submitting reports by set deadlines, identifying and correcting any missing or corrupt data from various sources and systems, providing analysis and answering queries of your reports and considering process improvements where they might be applicable.
So what are we looking for?
You'll ideally have previous reporting and admin experience, and whilst experience in a legal environment would be an advantage, it is by no means essential. What is essential are good IT skills (including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and case management systems), excellent communication skills, great attention to detail and statistical analysis skills.
