As a Data Scientist, you will work closely with our clients to analyse complex data sets, extract valuable insights, and drive data-driven decision-making for their digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product designers, engineers, and product managers to develop innovative solutions and deliver measurable business outcomes.
What you’ll do:
- Analyse large and complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights to guide product development strategies.
- Develop predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical models to solve business problems and improve product performance.
- Design and implement data experiments, conduct A/B testing, and evaluate product performance using appropriate statistical techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, identify data sources, and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders through data visualisations, reports, and presentations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and analytics tools and techniques, and apply them to drive innovation in our consultancy services.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in a digital product consultancy or similar environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy).
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques.
- Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business objectives into data-driven solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
