digiLab
Full Time Exeter, England 20000 GBP ANNUAL Today
Job description

About us

digiLab is an agile, deep tech scale-up. We operate as a trusted partner to help industry leaders make actionable decisions through digital twin solutions. We empower our clients to exploit the value locked in their data and models with first of a kind machine learning solutions.

The Opportunity

Are you looking to break into the world of tech startups? Want to accelerate your career with an internship working on the frontiers of Machine Learning and Digital Twins?

digiLab is recruiting summer interns across its Data Science, Software Engineering, UI/UX, Business Development, and Marketing teams.

Your internship could turn into a full-time job offer, as we initiate our graduate hiring programme.

About Us

digiLab is an Exeter-based start-up developing cutting-edge AI software to tackle the biggest and most exciting challenges of today: nuclear fusion, air traffic control, and environmental sustainability. So far, our customers have included the UKAEA, NATS, Jacobs, Airbus and South West Water.

We are a friendly and inclusive team, and we are particularly proud of our:

  • Supportive and collaborative work environment
  • Commitment to designing and delivering quality products
  • Passion for developing and sharing new skills
  • Sociable working culture and lively sense of humour

As an intern, you’ll be working with the founding team on live projects from day one: we believe in giving you the chance to do things that matter, everyday – except Fridays (we’re a four-day week company!).

About You

We have no formal requirements. The most important qualities that you bring to the team will be your appetite for collaborative problem-solving, your desire to learn new skills and your ability to make a meaningful impact!

You’ll be working in our beautiful office overlooking the Exeter Quay, enjoying easy access to the city and to waterfront activities, as well as the surrounding countryside.

Remuneration

We offer a salary of £20k pro-rata, plus free accommodation in Exeter for the duration of your internship.
