Data Quality Officer
PO1: starting salary £38,037 per annum
Contract type: 12 month secondment/ Fixed Term contract
This is fantastic opportunity to join the Service Improvement team, and use your data and analytical skills to assist in managing data quality relating to the operation of the Mosaic case management system.
The post holder will work to analyse issues, assess resolutions and update user records as required to improve and maintain data quality.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Running data quality reports to carry out quality checks and to identify and highlight errors and discrepancies.
- Liaising across Children’s Social Care teams correct data deficiencies highlighted in data quality reports to ensure consistency for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Providing analysis by utilising appropriate query tools for monitoring, forecasting and audit purposes.
- Working with the Service Improvement Lead to implement data quality plans to correct erroneous data or address information or data gaps.
