Morrison Water Services are currently looking to recruit a Data Quality Analyst to work on our Thames Water Metering contract in Langley, Berkshire. This is a hybrid, remote role.
The quality of our data is critical, so we are looking for an experienced Data Quality Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on improving the quality of our data. As a Data Quality Analyst, you'll be performing data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing, and analysis. You will need to respond to any queries to ensure data quality and identify data inconsistencies and missing data.
You will be using Power BI to create, develop and improve the dashboards. You will be able to recommend solutions and new ways of using our data. You will need to escalate any service failures to the Data Validation Manager and support any actions required accordingly. You will be required to prepare daily, monthly and weekly reports using Salesforce and SAP.
You will help operations by proactively identifying data issues, investigating errors, fixing root cause issues, and recognizing improvement opportunities.
Do you have experience of using Excel with advanced formulas, conditional formatting etc?
Are you an excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain rapports with wider stakeholders?
Do you have sound knowledge and understanding of Google Sheets?
Are you knowledgable with data quality principles and techniques?
Can you demonstrate how to apply basic techniques for analysis of research data and synthesis of findings?
Are you able to develop dashboards to improve data availability and visibility?
Do you hold excellent IT skills, particularly MS Word, MS excel, Power BI?
