Data Product Owner (Outside IR35) Remote

About the role:
As a Data Product Owner, you will be working on a data transformation project for a utilities company, with the goal of ensuring that the product meets the specific needs and regulations of the industry. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of the product, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that the product is delivered on time and within budget.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing stakeholder requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap
- Working closely with the data transformation team to ensure that the product is delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborating with business owners and end-users to understand their needs and ensure that the product meets their requirements
- Managing risks and issues associated with product delivery, and escalating as necessary
- Ensuring that the product is compliant with industry-specific regulations and standards
- Utilizing SQL to query and manipulate data as necessary
- Utilizing cloud technologies to manage and store data
What you'll need:
- Experience as a Data Product Owner or similar role
- Experience with data transformation projects
- Strong technical background, with experience working with data and analytics tools, including proficiency in SQL
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in the utilities industry is preferred, but not required
