Brief Description of Role:
We are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic individual to support successful delivery of the Estates & Facilities Helpdesk service to the Trust.
The key responsibilities of this post are to provide a multi-functional efficient and effective Estates & Facilities Helpdesk service which includes taking and inputting requests from wards and departments across the Trust using a dedicated computerised system (Planet), processing purchase orders using the Oracle financial system, dealing with purchase order and invoice queries and providing administrative support to the Directorate. Full training will be provided.
