Data Officer
37 hours per week, Until 31 December 2023 (Maternity Leave Cover)
Salary - Up to £21,704 PA (Total pay based on start-date/number of months in-post)

The Data Services and Examinations team plays a key role in College life by following the students’ administrative journey from enrolment, attendance, examination registration/entry, claiming achievements and issuing certificates.
As a Data Officer with the Data Services & Exams team, you’ll become a funding & data expert while working in a massively varied role with multiple job functions.
You’ll be pivotal in supporting everything from business planning, to providing a business partner function advising on technical funding rules. You’ll also be responsible for crucial tasks like data cleansing routines and developing staff training for data-related matters.
You will be carrying out the full breadth of Data Officer duties, such as:
- Supporting the face-to-face enrolment process
- Ensuring that GDPR is adhered to and promoting good practice
- Being Responsible for all aspects of funding and data-related matters
- Ensuring academic plans optimise funding and meet compliances
- To lead on data quality through conducting data verification checks
- To be responsible for the accurate and efficient updating and maintaining of all aspects of student attendance data and fees/loans confirmations
