A British leader in financial services is looking for a Data Management Lead to join their established data team.
This banking firm recognises the importance of innovation and technology in driving progress. As the successful candidate, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Data and helping develop the existing data team, according to the company's growth plans. You will design and implement the data strategy and data management approach and ensure the data-related business requirements are well-defined, considered, and prioritised as necessary.
The role is hybrid, with three days a week in the office, based in the London area. The company is offering £65,000 - £85,000, a 10-20% target bonus, and great benefits.
Requirements:
- More than 4 years of experience in a Data Governance position.
- Proven background in stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
- In-depth experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and a good understanding of SQL.
- Background in Banking, Financial Services, or Pharmaceuticals.
Desirable:
- Working experience with dash-boarding tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, or Power BI.
- Knowledge of Salesforce database.
- Informatica Data Quality Suite or similar.
