Think Community Partnership are exciting to be partnering with one of the Midlands' largest and most established housing associations to recruit for a Property Data Manager on a fixed term contract.
Based within the organisations Asset Management department, as a Property Data Manager you will take full responsibility for team of Analysts who manage the organisations data on existing housing stock.

- Fixed term contract - 1 year
- Up to £45,000 PA

- Hybrid working with hubs available across the Midlands
As a Property Data Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of 5 Data Analysts
- Providing accurate information and insight for the organisations planned maintenance and investment projects
- Produce reports that provide insight into the organisations asset performance
- Deliver your teams findings to key stakeholders within the Asset Management department
- Provide recommendations to the Asset Management department to manage income and expenditure effectively
- Support the creation and implementation of planned maintenance strategies across the organisation
The successful Property Data Manager will have:
- Line management experience within an Asset Management function
- Exposure to working within a Housing Association and Local Authority setting
- The ability to accurately record and assess data for presentation to stakeholders
