YPrime is looking for a Data Management Agent to assist in the review, entry, and validation of Paper Entry Assessments, as well as to resolve simple Data Clarification Form requests in a timely and accurate manner. You'll be based remotely, or in our Sandwich, Kent office in the UK.

At YPrime, we help our clients in the pharma and biotech industries to collect data from patients using mobile devices, assign patients to study treatment groups, and dispense clinical trial drugs and supplies using web apps. We’re supporting life-altering research, one project at a time.

  • Minimum of 1-year of professional experience in a customer support or data entry-related role
  • Database querying experience
  • Multilingual skills a plus

Here are some more details about the job:

  • You’ll efficiently and accurately enter and validate Paper Entry Assessments within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • You’ll resolve simple Data Clarification Forms (DCF) requests and communicate resolution back to system users within agreed SLAs
  • You’ll escalate user-reported DCF issues to appropriate team members when necessary for resolution
  • You’ll provide input on current support processes and suggest improvements
  • You’ll operate in compliance of all YPrime SOPs and Work Instructions
  • You’ll maintain a fastidious attention to detail while being aware of any downstream implications of data changes, consulting others where necessary
  • You’ll work collaboratively with other Customer Experience and Data Science departments to assist in delivering resolutions to the customer and end-user
  • You’ll perform other related duties as required
