We're looking for a Data Intelligence Research Analyst to:

We're looking for a Data Intelligence Research Analyst to:
- research, Interpret and analyse data to identify patterns and trends for Stakeholders
- provide data analysis “research papers” to add value to Group Data Management Stakeholders
- identify research topics and design studies that will yield useful information for Stakeholders
- develop hypotheses and research questions as well as designing experiments to test them
- Work with our Data Science colleagues to test or establish new research
- collect data from Mastering IT Data sources
- recommend improvements based on findings of research analysis
- develop new ways to generate insights from our data
- create report requirements that include findings from research analysis
Your team
You will be working in the Chief Digital and Information Office (CDIO) within the Data Management Office (DMO). This role sits within the Data Governance, Training and Engagement Team, which operates out of London, Zurich and Manno.
The team is responsible for working directly with divisional subject matter experts, in both the business and IT, to deliver clarity on performance and progress via data management metrics and associated reporting.
The DMO is responsible for embedding a data management culture into the organization by advocating for our strategy and proactively challenging the way the firm works with data. The DMO is made up of approximately 120 people, comprising UBS permanent staff, contractors and consultants

Your expertise
We require someone who has:

- demonstrable data research and data analysis experience
- a natural ability with data and reporting tools such as PostgreSQL, Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx
- confident in working with senior business stakeholders
- a self-motivated self-starter who can design their own book of work that adds value to stakeholders
- proven ability to provide data analysis research papers that add value to stakeholders.
