Job title: Data Entry Operator
Salary: £21,089.00 per annum
Location: Hybrid (Home / Glasgow Head Office, Caledonia House, Lawmoor Street, G5 0US)
Contract type: Permanent
Full time: 37.5 hours per week. Working Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Insert client and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within set time limits
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare data for computer entry
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output with field and office based teams
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Create reports and presentations for group departments
The Person:
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- Typing accuracy and an ability to analyse pervious inputs is essential
- An ability to work to tight deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Organisation skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
- Able to communicate effectively with a range of colleagues and managers
