ITH Pharma specialises in the provision of Parenteral Nutrition, chemotherapy and CIVAS. Our team provides flexible services with batch and bespoke items for adults, paediatrics and neonates to both NHS and private hospitals.

The Role
As a Data Entry Unit Assistant you will work as part of a team reporting to a Unit Manager. Your work will involve administrative duties such as data entry and customer liaison as you will assist with the processing of customer orders. You will also be expected to provide support to final checking and releasing staff at the final stage of the production process.
Your main duties would include:
· Responding to a high volume of emails on a daily basis and organising them accordingly.
· Processing faxed and emailed orders from customers by entering key data into our bespoke systems
The Person – Skills and qualities required
Applicants must have proven administrative experience ideally gained within a deadline driven environment. An interest in Science or Healthcare is beneficial but not essential.
You must have the ability to prioritise your workload effectively and multitask as you will be dealing with a high volume of orders and customer queries on a daily basis. Although training on our bespoke ordering system will be provided we are looking for someone who is IT literate, a quick learner and is able to use their own initiative.
In addition you will need good oral/telephone and written communication skills in English, be methodical in approach, able to demonstrate close attention to detail and concentrate for long periods of time.
An appreciation of customer needs and experience of working as part of a busy team to tight deadlines without losing focus are also essential.
