We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- To monitor and administrate freight collections and deliveries, whilst working flexibly to maximise entry, liaising with BMW to ensure customer satisfaction, where required
- Ensure accurate data is entered into the system
- Ensure shipping process is carried out in line with the company's processes & quality procedures
- Review KPI and data to measure and drive operational performance on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis
