As a member of the Order Entry / Order Processing team you will:

• Process orders accurately in a timely and efficient manner.
• Focus on shipping orders and generating same day invoices.
• Contribute to providing exemplary customer service.
• Update the customer on the order status.
• Communicate with the shipping department regarding shipment changes.
• Contact customers regarding discrepancies in orders.

Requirements:

• Have a positive attitude and be a team player!
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be very detail oriented
• Great organizational skills
• Data entry and processing speed and accuracy.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
