A day in the life of a Data Entry Specialist:
- Review Client and Engagement record setup checking for completion and accuracy.
- Validate and post client invoices.
- Review contact information entered checking for accuracy and ensuring duplicates don’t exist.
- Interacting with users to resolve data quality issues.
- Generating data governance reports and identifying data anomalies.
- Identify recurring data quality issues and escalate within the application support team.
- Assist the Application Support team in setting up Employee and User records in the ERP and CRM systems.
About You:
- You have a great ability to review and analyze data.
- You have outstanding attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
- You have strong communication skills in both official languages.
- You can utilize problem solving/trouble shooting-skills and recommend solutions.
- You are a strong independent learner and are committed to continuous improvement.
- You can maintain a high level of performance under the pressure of time restraints and a fast paced, changing environment.
- You have accurate and efficient keyboarding and data entry skills
Requirements:
- Knowledge of computer software applications.
- Post-secondary degree/certification or related work experience
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in a software support environment is an asset
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM applications are an asset.
- Experience with Deltek or other ERP systems are an asset.
- Experience in a Professional Services environment are an asset.
