Job description
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous job-related experience or post-secondary education in a related field.
- Working knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated proficiency in: oral and written communication, proofreading and basic accounting skills.
- Ability to work with and maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and diplomacy with administrators, staff, teachers, students, parents and community.
- Detail oriented and ability to multi-task.
- Previous experience with youth employment laws, work-based learning and Career Pathways.
- Has undergone a physical examination, by a licensed physician, that documents capability to perform required duties
- Has an electronic fingerprint clearance from a criminal history record check
- Coordinate and implement all aspects of pre-testing and end of program assessments.
- Enrollment coordinator
- Community outreach and recruitment
- Local agencies liaison
- PowerSchool data expert for grades, attendance, and transcripts
- State and Federal data entry coordinator
- Graduation and progress monitor
- Advertising and social media coordinator
- Region 5 data liaison
- Post-program support liaison and data specialist
- Assist Counselor with preparations for area school presentations.
- Plan and conduct tours for students and visitors.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff and the community.
- Ability to perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and Board of Education policies.
