Assister la direction dans ses tâches administratives et dans la coordination des procédés. Saisir fidèlement les données dans le système informatisé. Tenir les dossiers, réunir et chercher les données pour produire les rapports et réconcilier les données pour assurer leur traitement en temps opportun.
Connaissances, Compétences et Aptitudes Requises
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent

Position Summary:
Accurately enter data into computerized system. Sort, split, batch and image airbills and relevant documents for customs and archival purposes. Maintain files, gather and research data to generate reports. Ensure accurate & timely collection and deposit of operational payments from customers.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High school diploma/educational equivalent.- Good typing skills 25 wpm.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of VISA, COSMOS, Genesis, Famis preferred
- Good time management & organization skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
