This position is HYBRID; however, you will be required to attend training in person, on-site for approximately 6 weeks. You will also be required to attend various other meetings in the office as required by the contract. Your daily work will be performed both on site at the National Visa Center and by telework. Operational needs and our telework agreement dictate any work from home schedule. In addition to your initial training, you may be required to be on site for additional trainings and meetings, to resolve badge issues, for remedial supervision or remedial training, or as required by the Department of State. Please Note: You must be within 90 mile commuting distance of the work site as needed.
- Base Pay: $19.73 plus $6.07 per hour for benefits or extra pay after required benefits elections/deductions
- Shift Differential: Additional $0.60 per hour
- Second Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM, Monday - Friday, two 15-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch

LDRM is seeking Data Entry Clerks to perform the essential duties and responsibilities for the position that include the following:
- Enters data into an automated system using formatting input screens and validates information from applications and related source documents in accordance with specified guidelines. Source information includes applications, petitions, forms, supplemental documentation and other documents.
- Modifies, updates, and corrects data contained in automated systems.
- Refers cases with discrepancies that indicate possible fraud to another unit for review.
- Applies training, experience, and judgment in selecting procedures to be followed in searching for, interpreting, selecting, or coding items to be entered.
- Follows procedures in completing several repetitive clerical steps performed in a prescribed or slightly varied sequence.
- Creates physical case folders appropriately labeled and indexed as needed.
- Deconstructs case files and scans into appropriate systems.
- Accomplishes all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience in an office/clerical environment desired
- Basic computer skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of working in a multi-task environment with rapidly changing priorities
- Excellent spoken and written command of the English Language
- Professional work ethic
- Ability to successfully complete a critical thinking test, computer skills test, and typing test
- Ability to meet COVID vaccination and/or testing requirements as required by customer and/or contract
- Ability to successfully complete background credit and criminal check
- Ability to obtain/maintain a government security clearance
